  • Eat enough animal protein with your meals to cure the damaged nails, protect nails of hands and feet and to make beautiful shinning nails. To make the nails stronger and shinning, we must take enough animals protein. Best quality animal protein can be obtained from fish. Chicken is another source option of animal protein. Our nail is made up of protein.
  • Take green tea drink at least one time to cure the damaged nails, protect nails of hands and feet and to make beautiful shinning nails. But we must take two cups of the green tea drink everyday.  If we take two cups of the green tea drink  everyday for at least one year, we can see the effects on the nails according to the desire. Green tea performs very well for our skins including the skin, teeth, hairs, and many other health benefits.
  • Do breathing exercise such as Anulom Vilom, Long breathing, and Kapalbhati to cure the damaged nails, protect nails of hands and feet and to make beautiful shinning nails. Then apply the flaxseed oil onto the pained region and surrounding region and serve the regions with light massage everyday if it is possible.  Simultaneously, if you can consume the flax seed flour (about 50 grams) with your meal every day, it will also certainly help alleviate knee pain or relieves the knee pain. 


Another effective tip is treating the knee region with hot water. For it, a small piece of towel can be used dipping the towel into tolerable hot water. Slightly increase the temperature of the water. We can practice it for 15 to 30 minutes at a time. We can do the treatment three times in a day for about four days if your pain is severe. Then, we better practice one time in every day for about ten days. When you feel comfortable, then you can stop the practice if you feel it is cured.
