Dancing exercise: Dancing aerobics



Although I named the exercise Dancing exercise, but it is aerobic exercise. Or we can say it Aerobics. Dancing exercise I mention here is very good. It will not take enough time. In just few minutes we can get good dancing exercise. Don't worry that you don't know dancing. I will teach the dancing exercise. You will learn within a week.

The dancing exercise of few minutes after taking two cups of green tea with some cereals based food helps relieve from constipation too. See the page of the constipation.

I recommend to practice 'standing posture' too to make the dancing exercise very effective. For dancing exercise, I will show some pictures too to train you in the exercise. In sentences, I write briefly the steps here.

Dancing exercise 1:

a) Stand on a floor
b) Make your both hands horizontal and straight at the shoulder height
c) Don't bend your hand at all.
d) Make both the feet together.
e) Jump lightly.
f) Rotate 90 degree both the feet right side and left side alternatively.

Do steps (e) and (f) simultaneously in such a way that you are jumping just to rotate both feet simultaneously.

f) That's all. Continue for 2 to 5 minutes.
g) Your dancing exercise 1 is complete.
h) It will take about 7 days to gain the skill of the dancing exercise.

Once you acquire the skill of the dancing, you better do the exercise everyday. For diabetic patients,hypertensive and cardiac patients, please consult whether you can do exercise of running or not. If you can do running / jogging exercise, you can do the exercise of dancing. Otherwise you better not do the exercise of the dancing. You better do walking of about 3o minutes to an hour almost everyday.

Dancing exercise 2:
a) Similarly, stand on the floor
b) Make your both hands horizontal and straight at the shoulder height

c) Rotate both the feet together left and right side alternatively with jumping. Make both the feet together while standing and jumping as I mentioned in the dancing exercise 1.
d) You can move or bend your hand while you jump.
e) Jump lightly and move your horizontal straight hands as the you jump
f) That's all. Continue for 2 to 5 minutes.
g) Your dancing exercise 2 is complete.
h) It will take about 7 days to gain the skill of the dancing exercise.

Dancing exercise 1 is better than dancing exercise 2. If you want to do the dancing exercise 2 too, you can do.
